“lovely program. has that extra challenge edge i was looking for as an intermediate yogi. i'm pairing it with the free hiit challenge and that's a great combo. i like the half hour unwind yoga for the end of the day.”

“This is exactly what I needed and wanted in my life right now! :). Time to structure a new routine and create more space for myself. Especially living in a household with five others, it is nice to carve out extra space and time to spend with myself before everyone else wakes up and before bed. I love the timing of the classes being held in the morning and evening to reinstate the morning's theme and messaging after applying it throughout my day! Once again, amazing energy and challenge level (mental, physical and spiritual) Mark and Juliana! :) Thank you both for spreading loving kindness in all you do, always greatly appreciated”

“Boho Retreat was truly a way to go deeper- physically, mentally, and spiritually. Mornings with Juliana set the tone to a good day and remind you to be mindful throughout the entire day until you reconnect in the evening. I felt a major shift in perception after my seventh day of Retreat and cannot wait to repeat it again in the future!”
