“I had done many of Boho Beautiful's videos on YouTube and really fell in love. With my favorite yoga retreat center currently closed, as well as in person classes closed, I decided to treat myself to this 7 day series. I really enjoyed the variety of classes, the ebook, the music, and especially the relaxing evening yoga and meditation. Committing to the series helped me take time for myself. I highly recommend this virtual yoga retreat!”

“So far I have followed through three sessions, and am able to do a full wheel! Which is such a delightful surprise to me. But I think this is the results from following through Transform and 10 Day program for about one year. Wonderful programms that are versatile and home based, not mention the beautiful background. I am looking to build my upper body strength and power. Looking forward to more brilliant workout sessions!”

“I am very happy with the program. During these seven days, I discovered a lot about myself, faced through exercise, or discovered many long-suppressed emotions or experiences. Not only did I strengthen the body, I also strengthened the spirit and both cleansed unwanted upholstery. The last exercise, in the concluding video, I was very sad that the retreat was over. What tears came to my eyes. Juliana and Mark with all my heart a big thank you for this program, it is more than fantastic. I wish you all the best and many blessings”
