“I am very happy with the program. During these seven days, I discovered a lot about myself, faced through exercise, or discovered many long-suppressed emotions or experiences. Not only did I strengthen the body, I also strengthened the spirit and both cleansed unwanted upholstery. The last exercise, in the concluding video, I was very sad that the retreat was over. What tears came to my eyes. Juliana and Mark with all my heart a big thank you for this program, it is more than fantastic. I wish you all the best and many blessings”

“I am enjoying it very much! The tree is so meaningful and I liked the hatha class a lot. I hadn't done Hatha yoga before. It is nifty that you arranged the days like an actual retreat.
