“This is a great program! Love all the boho beautiful classes and programs. The only reason I gave it good and not excellent is because I prefer more active yoga classes/styles but these are great to become more grounded and calm the mind/make the body feel good!”

“It was wonderful. Thank you for creating this special and fantastic program. Although quite challenging at times, it was really good. I enjoyed all the classes and also the reconnecting sessions. The program allowed me to take extra time to think about my goals and my well-being. It was just brilliant!”

“it's amazing. i suffered from stress and backpain...my neck was so stiff i had headache every evening - until this retreat. My whole body starts to relax, especially after the 3rd day I could really feel the difference. But not only physical, also mental. With the journal/writing excercises i realized how much anger and stress was inside of me - i did not notice it til that day. This was the reason why i could not sleep well and hold a lot of tension. And now its a lot better. I can highly recommend this course. Due to the variations of the poses you need not be a Yoga Master to do it - BUT for complete beginners i would not suggest it, as it might lead to a lot of frustration. One tipp: Its sometimes really challenging for the wrists, so I highly recommend to look at the free Youtube Video from Mark and Juliana: "Wrist Pain during Yoga"”
