It is a real retreat and I think each of us deserves it - this chance to stop, to think of our way of life that has never been really put under a question because we never have time for this, and to decide which direction to move on now in order to arrive there where the real You wants to go. About the yoga retreat,again,the words are small,comparing with the enrgy,with the power,with the perfection of your art!When I see you on the matt,I see a godess,perfect,connected,amazing,powerful,graceful,and the list keep going... “I'm very impressed with the Retreat program. I absolutely loved all the classes, evening re-caps, meditations, and journaling exercises. Morgans Rock was such a beautiful place to film it and as usual the classes are top-notch. I loved the music and Juliana's calming presence. I did this during Quarantine from Covid19 (I'm a teacher stuck at home) and this was such a blessing to look forward to each day. I finished it and went right back for the Complete program!”
