“I’ve been following workouts on the YouTube channel and finally decided that I wanted a more comprehensive program and decided to purchase Retreat during the quarantine period. Honestly the best decision I’ve made. Love all the yoga classes and meditations. Some are quite challenging but will keep working on it. Will definitely be doing the program again and again!”

“I didn't expect anything from your sessions, I was excited and happy to start and it was impressive because it's wonderful! I loved everything, and more, I had the possibility to understand from where came my uncomfortable emotion, why I had that fear. Your path it's not just body to stay physical in form (that it is in fact), it goes deeper and deeper. Your messages were clear and full of love. I am going to do other sessions from " Retrear Program". Sometimes I found difficult to follow you all the time, to remain in a position for more times, my shoulders were crying, lol. (: I would have loved to have more practice of breathing. Thank you a lot from my heart, this journey with you has been simply wonderful!”

“Three years ago I discovered the videos of Juliana & Mark on You Tube. In the beginning my goal was to strengthen my body, more and more the yoga sessions helped me to start my journey to myself. I have completed the Transformation Programm and now the Yoga Retreat. Both trainings are highly recommended. The Yoga Retreat is a very special gift for me personally. The Retreat has been realized with so much love for detail. It supports me enormously in my journey to myself and every single session has its own magic. I have only one criticism. At the final video it would be nice to see you both together ;-).”

“I really enjoyed the extensive 7 days of yoga program. I had been doing for only two years in class with a yoga instructor. I enjoyed the videos because I can enjoy it on my own pace. After 7 days, I felt I am gaining a lot more strength and released some of my tension from my back. I loved your care and gentle voice, you had a amazing body figure! Well done!! Keep up with the excellent quality of the videos. Hope to see you soon again.”

“This retreat was absolutely fantastic! You get a lot of content for the price and you can reuse the whole retreat or select classes you want to do on a day to day basis. I thought it was good that you kept reassuring us that you can do less advanced levels (you are very advanced!) but we are exactly where we need to be. Additionally I enjoyed the meditation sessions which you are very good at guiding us through. Thank you!”
