“I am halfway through the retreat and I love it very much. The quality and depth of the content, the music selection, the film and audio quality... All the best of any yoga program I'm tried online. I really appreciate Juliana and Mark's approach to relationships with the self and others. The yoga is hard! Challenging with many alternatives available, but I appreciate how it pushed me and made me sore. Excellent program.”

“I completed this retreat during an increase in the COVID-19 pandemic. It was a relief to be on the mat each morning with Juliana, to watch her amazing poses, and to relish in the beautiful retreat setting. Afterwards, it was off to work for me in a building that had two confirmed cases of the virus. I'm pretty wobbly on all poses and the bind poses on Day 3 (?) left me behind, but I feel I gained more confidence as the week progressed. The Reconnect, journal exercises, and yoga at the end of my stressful days were also a welcomed addition. I'm sad that it's over. Thank you, Juliana and Mark. Love what you're doing!”

“I really loved this program. It was so good to built right into my daily life and helped me solidify my morning yoga practice. I chose to do this while I was having a really stressful week and work and it really did help me to ground and balance. Love all of Boho Beautiful's programs! So effective and it's super efficient for me to be able to do them at home.”

“These additional programs are a lovely treat for greater endurance, inner strength and patience. I use the free videos, I subscribe at the tier level and have purchased 2 of the programs. Each levels builds on the other and all can be used for a rich and rewarding experience in fitness. I am extremely happy with Retreat, especially now, during a time of uncertainty and sadness as the world is challenged with Covid-19.”
