“I am actually grateful, because I gain a little bit experience for my soul I think I needed. As a passionate mountain biker I suffer because of sore muscles , but I like challenging classes so much the same, as relaxing ones. I’ve practiced yoga for 4 years now, but had no any spiritual experience before, no mantras, no rituals .. You gave me some powerful motivation to learn and experience so much more then caring about my body. I liked almost every day, now I am mixing between its – depends on my mood and body/soul needs. I think If you decide to make a next series based on one specific kind of yoga, I would go on with the most spiritual one like Nidra or demanding one like Ashtanga. Maybe both. Ps I love Palo Santo now;)”

“I have enjoyed the yoga and meditations and the journaling. I love all the YouTube videos available. With the retreat I feel that some of the yoga sequences have a lot of “wordy” parts to them that are redundant. I love the guided discussion but it is repeated a little more than I feel is necessary. Also the Boho Beautiful themed clip at the beginning of each video isn’t necessary- I understand why it is on the YouTube each time but to be fully repeated on each of the yoga videos in Retreat- is so redundant. It is really well filmed and edited. I do enjoy the actual content of the entire program.”
