“There is too much „non-stop“-talking in the classes - it is not possible for me to come into a meditative state of mind, because even in the ying poses July keeps talking nearly non-stop, not only at the beginning of the pose. I really expected an 1 1/2 hour class in the „retreat“ ! Not again the compromise of an „only-inspired“-class, because we only habe an hour - why?”

“This is my second week into the program and I cannot praise it any better. This is everything I needed at this moment in my life. This program not only provides with incredible value of strengthening and lengthening my whole body but also gives me calmness, tranquility and self-confidence. I feel like I cannot let another day go by without practicing yoga but in a unique, 'retreaty' way. Juliana and this program truly cares for you, your whole well-being and teaches you how to love and respect yourself the way you deserve it. It also raises questions within and deep conversations with yourself you wouldn't have thought to have before. “Loved this digital retreat program, perfect way to start a new year. I am so grateful for all the new styles of yoga classes I learnt and the reconnect sessions were truly a beautiful way to end the day.
