You are to be congratulated for a very beautiful, high quality production. The beachside/tropical scenes for this program is one of the reasons I revisit it often - I feel like I'm having a mini-retreat from my home. This formula works and I hope you will continue to work with it going forward - it certainly gels with your brand and persona.

A great collection of workouts, receipes and wellness. The mix of yoga, pilates & meditation each day is fantastic and I have completed the 10 day challenge 3 times since purchasing. I would really recommend this package to anyone and the e-book is fantastic for those wanting to embrace a vegan diet.

Logistically, the purchase and download was very easy. I had to ask Customer service one question but the response was very quick. I was worried being in Vietnam that I would be blocked out or have some issues but none of that happened. So I was very happy with the actual 'digital delivery'. As for the content, enjoyed every piece as much as I enjoy the Youtube videos. I like the fact that there is meditation included with yoga and other cardio/strength exercises. It's a good mix and of course the video/cinematography/sound/music background is phenomenal. Having these one hour programs are great when I'm on the run and don't have too much time to work out. However, if I am wanting to get a serious workout in, I found 20 minutes segments to be on the short side. I'm ready for the next level. If you're looking for suggestions, maybe do segments that are at least 30-45 minutes long so one can have a solid (and long enough) session of a yoga class, pilates class, cardio or strength class. With optional selections of 10 minutes abs and 10-15 minutes meditation. That is what I do now - I mix and match your various videos both Youtube and Boho Beautiful in 10 Days so that I can have a 'complete holistic' workout that usually lasts 90minutes to maybe even 2 hours (including the stretch yoga and meditation). I'm inspired by the recipes and the healthy eating. I've shopped for some ingredients and started incorporating them into my diet but I have not turned all vegan (nor am I even close to it). The suggestions offer great ideas, however.

Boho Beautiful in 10 days program was a gift for the previous New Year. I started it the next day I got it! All ten days were just amazing, they were perfectly combined - some days we worked on abs, some days legs and some days on whole body. I like that there were cardio days and relaxing days. The most wonderful thing was to do yoga and meditation after tough work. By the way meditations were smth new to me, it was a new helpful experience. After this program I definitely became stronger, more flexible and calm. Even after completing this program I do some days at the weekends and it's still enjoyable though I almost learned them by heart =) I am grateful for this wonderful program and send you all my love

Dear Juliana and Mark, as requested I am giving you my review of the 10 Days program: What shall I say - it is hands down one of the best programs I have seen. The combination is great, the lessons are challenging, the units are not too long and the meditation sessions after the trainings bring you down to earth and focus again. The program helped me a lot to step into a daily workout routine and today I am in my best shape ever (at the age of 44). So, thanks for everything. Hi Guys, content is beautifully filmed in amazing locations, great quality. I love the daily mantras, the music and overall look and vibe. I still pick n mix between the fitness and yoga sessions. 20 min is great if I dont have much time or want to do both together but I would also love some 30 or 40 or even 50min options. I have listened to a few of the meditations and liked them very much, I would certainly use these more but I have my own self guided mediation practice that I do these days. One piece of constructive feedback I would like to share is that I find sometimes the movements are little to fast paced, which is unusual for me to say as I generally like to move through things at a good pace but when you're following along to a video you need an extra few seconds to complete and flow through the moves in a safe and correct way to help prevent injury and to comfortably keep up with instructions. I have looked at your recipe book, made a few things, there are some great ideas for some yummy plant based healthy eating options. Love what you guys do. Very real, honest and inspirational.
