“Dear Juliana, dear Mark, I recommend this 10 day course everyone who wants to do something for the body, the mind, the soul. I'm so grateful that I discovered your channel on youtube last year and since then I was doing my exercises every day. Sometimes more and sometimes less, just as my work is allowing me to do this. The result is amazing, because I got much more toning of my body and I'm just feeling better when having done my exercises. I'm more relaxed and centred in my body. The way you are teaching and showing is exactly what I needed and I'm feeling so motivated just to continue. The booklet for the vegan diet I use to get some inspirations for my diet which is not strictly vegan. I'm eating since a long time very consciously vegetarian. “Hi Guys. I adore my Boho Beautiful In 10 Days !! My internet connection here in Ireland is not great so I love the fact that I have these videos downloaded and I can view at any time. I have completed the 10 days together which was great and I plan to do again when I have holidays. I use the videos all the time. My kids joined in too yesterday! Ye did a fantastic job creating this, I love the locations, the background music and of course Juliana. And the chia pudding!! Also delicious made with mango. I often have busy days when I get frustrated so when I get a chance I just put on a video and it cheers me up and gets me back on track. I never did yoga before until one day I found ye through google and now I'm converted! So thank you both so much and I am looking forward to the new videos. Susan xxx”
