“I feel safe in my pregnancy following Juliana’s guidance, especially with her being pregnant herself. I like the balance of gentle, restorative sessions and the more tasking sessions (for my level of yoga experience). I like how she includes bonding with bump throughout but without that interfering with mummies time to move her body.”
