“It was left out of the shipment although my credit card was charged. I made contact through email and someone from the support team replied stating they would ship it this week (not Mark or Juliana). Mistakes happen but I was hoping for a better first impression, as it specifically states they are the only two involved in the process. However, I will happily continue supporting the boho team!”

“I'm happy with the bracelet. It has enough weight on it without feeling too heavy on. If you don't want too much color contrasts with other colored bracelets, this may be the better option. Each lava stones has their own individual characteristics which makes the bracelet unique.”

“Since they custom make these bracelets, they should really offer a few different sizes for people with different wrist sizes. I just received mine and it is already flying off my hand. Seems like a lot of money for something that won't serve me for a long time.”
