I like the content of the book very much, the pictures, the recipes and so on. But it‘s a pity that it‘s only reliable as a eBook. I would prefer a Hard Cover, this would be more comfortable and more easy to read.

Once again, bohobeautiful.life released an excellent resource to supplement their already extensive repertoire of top quality yoga, meditation, and fitness videos. This eGuide illuminates the path to a vegan lifestyle with descriptions of Juliana and Mark Spikoluk’s own nutritional journeys, their delicious recipes, helpful grocery lists, and rationale based on research to reconsider mainstream practices of using animals for utility.

I love that this is not just ”another” cookbook on plant based eating. With the five days mealplan well thought out by Juliana and Mark it’s easy to stay on track! Amazing recepies helped me go from vegetarian to a completely plant based eater.

I have tried the recipes in the Plant-Based Eating E-Guide and LOVE all of them. They are easy, not time-consuming, full of wholesome and flavourful foods. Not just for detoxifying but great for everyday meals. My husband and son are not vegans, not even vegetarians and both thoroughly enjoyed every meal.

It‘s a Great Book for everyone who wants to start living on a Vegan diet. The explanations at the beginning are very helpful and also interesting. The tempeh fajitas are my favourite recipe so far
