everything about this book is amazing! the pictures, the food-nutrition explanation, the background of both juliana and mark, and of course so many yummy yummy recipes! would have loved to get some more dessert recipes (strong sweet tooth) but still love it 100% and don’t regret my purchase one bit! highly recommend if you are a beginner vegan (like me) or vegan for a long time!

This book is perfect for people already on a plant based diet, however also for the ones who are just getting familiar with it. The recipes are quite easy and versatile - in case some ingredient is missing from your local shop it can be easily replaced. Provides 100% support for "beginners" and new ideas for the plant-based veterans. The beautiful and decorative design is the ultimate plus. In a (possible future) second book or recipe collection I would love to learn more about "warming" foods. Most yogi-, plant based recipes are "made" for sunny beaches, however I live in a cold country and this is the biggest challenge for me regarding switching to a totally plant-based diet. Thank you so much for the work you guys do, it changed my life already in a huge way. Sending you lots of love.

Fantastic insight of the secrets of vegan eating. I thoroughly enjoyed reading every word of it. How to balance your diet, eat healthy and stay happy. Tried many of the delicious recipes too, and the whole family enjoyed them! Thank you Juliana and Mark. It is a highly recommended piece of my kitchen now ;)

Juliana and mark have been a positive influence on me since I found them on YouTube and then Instagram. Their spirit and positivity, morals and ethics have left an impression on me. I wanted to read a little about them and their healthy approach to what we put in their bodies. THis book was great! Made me even more aware of the reasons I wanted to change to plant based living. Recipes are yummy!

I really useful guide for an introduction to a plant based lifestyle. There are some really good tips in here and I liked how it linked feeding your body right after a workout for muscle recovery. Love and light xx
