I really enjoyed using this guide as my first approach to veganism. I was very impressed about the super tasty dishes; maybe I had underestimated the deliciousness of a full plant-based meal, but that has now changed. I also appreciated the super clear explanation of the type of nutrients that your body needs daily, and how you can fulfill them through a plant based diet. Thanks guys!

I don’t like to read, but I’ve become so interested in health and your way of life so I was super excited to read this book because it was about something that interests me. You did an amazing job writing it and both life such a beautiful life, thank you. I do though wish I could’ve gotten a hard copy to have at hand if I wanted to make one of the recipes or just to read something off the screen that was interesting, but I respect that you don’t feel it necessary to put more waste into the world.

I have not finished the vegan trial, it's my second day. I really enjoy the book. It's very easy to read and provides newbies with a basic rundown on health benefits to eatiing vegan. It even has a grocery list suggestion and recipes to try. I recommend the book!
