“Dear Juliana and Mark, as you’re aware I have followed you for years and love your digital platform. This was my first purchase of merchandise. The t-shirt arrived creased, off colour and marked as per photos below. It appears to have been worn? As you can imagine I was very upset and dissatisfied with my purchase. “I ordered a medium and maybe should have ordered a small. I wear a ladies 6-8 USA sizing. I have washed it (cool temp, gentle cycle, fluff dry) and noticed very slight shrinkage and no wrinkling. The material is very soft and the artwork is beautiful. The only issue I have is...it is not a true white as shown in the photos. It is more of a light ecru color. The color is nice but I would have preferred a true white. All that said...I'm thinking of ordering another one...so obviously, I like it!”
