“I do embroidery. And I just scored a really nice Magnifying Lamp on the cheap, but it didn't come with a clamp or stand. You could say, I just couldn't stand it, (sorry not sorry) so I went searching online. Reviews for other clamps were lame. They said the 2inch diameter of the Magnifying Lamp base fit the clamps poorly. I'm not sure how exactly, but fate led me to Boil Optics. While they have clamps, which are nice, I started looking for more mobile and versatile ways to utilize my Magnifying Lamp. In fact, I saw the trays that come with it and thought, hm I can put my thread in there! Boli Optics customer service saved the day though. Rather than just ship me the stand I initially ordered which wouldn't fit the trays, they called AND emailed me to make sure that was the purchase I intended to make. I quickly cancelled the order and instead got the Heavy Duty 5 Spokes with Caster Wheels and two trays. This Rolling Floor Stand is Heavy Duty and after assembled easily, is solidly made. I love the professional look, it really ups my embroidery game. I had some trouble with my refund of my initial cancelled order, but I reached out to Boli Optics and through no fault of their own, they were able to contact their bank and fix it. I received my refund promptly. Overall this is one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had with a company. I really recommend their products as they are of good quality, not some cheap stuff from Amazon.”
