“Converting from a double shot morning coffee to chai I am looking for a quick alternative to brewed chai. As far as the many powdered chai I have tried this (almost) fits the bill and is now my favourite. It is spicier/has more flavour than the cinnamon and I like the fact it doesn't have milk powder. I like my chai strong, so I mix in a small amount of another brand of very spicy chai to make it the perfect blend for me. I tried adding more of this powder but then it ends up too sweet.”

I have to say that overall I am disappointed. I find that the Chai has a relatively week taste without enough spice, and I often make up a small amount of another Chai to give it more flavour. Also, the Chai storage container is too big for the quantity of Chai in a packet and the Chai is moisture affected in it and turning hard, which means that it is deteriorating. I think that you have a potentially good product, the cafe where I first discovered Ginger Spice made a delicious latte with it, but it disappoints with the product I bought from you.”
