“Our journey with Challenge has come to an end with yesterday’s session, as my son has now come to the end of his primary school years. He has been attending Challenge since he has 4, including afterschool classes and holiday camps. The team has always been fantastic, totally recommend them - special shout out to Mr Mabbitt, who has significantly added to my son building his confidence not just with sports but also socially. He has never wanted to go anywhere else but to the Challenge sessions. Thanks for all, Team, keep up the good work and I will keep spreading the good word:))) The Ellises”

“My son has attended Challenge Sport & Education a number of times now over the last few years & he always really really enjoys it & asks when he is going back. The coaches are always really friendly at drop off / pick up.
They do a really good range of activities for the children.
The price is excellent for the long day they provide.
I will most definitley be booking again”

“My kids have been to Mt Stewart School for years and they absolutely love it there. Although the timing in the past year has become a bit different from what we were used to - ending at 4:15. There are now only two options: ending at 3:00 or 5:00. For us 3:00 is too early and 5:00 is a bit late. I wonder if there will be an option of 4:00 in the future??”

“My daughter and I had a chat rather more argue lol rather we should book only twice a month or the whole month.
My daughter made her points.
Its Fun, makes her happy and she look forward to go there, from my side the point has been made clear , if she loves it she can go every time.
I do recommend to send the kids and ask them how was it? Listen and be happy”
“The class and staff were generally helpful, and the activities were enjoyable. However, it was later decided that the course was not suitable for my son’s age, and he was asked to be collected after around three hours.
My disappointment came with the refund. I had booked a full week for £100, but only £66 was refunded without any clear explanation. When I emailed to ask, I did not receive a proper clarification and felt the response was vague and unhelpful.
Being charged £34 for around three hours feels unfair. I believe it would be much better to offer clear day-by-day booking options rather than full-week payments in cases like this.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking a full week without clearer policies in place.”
Hi Yasmin.
Sorry you feel this way.
You can of course book individual days and nowhere does it suggest that full weeks need to be booked. As mentioned when we spoke we are unable to provide 1-1 support for children, we discussed this before the course and agreed to give the first day a go. He was collected at lunch time and we then gave you a full refund for the remainder of the week, less £3 per day as per our terms and conditions.
We also spoke after the event and suggested just booking a single day when your child was a little older and seeing if the course was more suitable.
Hopefully we will see him at a future course
