“Hello, I recently made a couple purchases for friends and family for Christmas. I tried to get ahead of Christmas shopping by participating in your Black Friday event. During the event, the selection for curvy cropped was very slim. When the colors arrived at my home, they weren’t quite what I was expecting and I knew they weren’t right for the family/friends for which they were intended. I made a trip to the Dedham store to see if there was a better variety, which I was pleased to see there was. All of the sales associates were super friendly and helpful. But, I was disappointed and frustrated when I was unable to make an exchange. I had to do a full return and repurchase, even though I had participated in the Black Friday event and was not fully pleased with the purchases. Would love to see Booty by Brabants permit for exchanges”
“The Crocos are the most amazing leggings I've ever owned! I found Kelly via her classes on Instagram when the gyms closed down and loved the workout but was hesitant to buy the leggings at that price point. Let me tell you, they are 1000% worth it. They DO NOT MOVE during your workout and as a curvy girl, that's magic! I'm so used to having to pull my leggings up during runs/workouts. They are also super comfy while giving good compression. I often wear them just to hang out in because the band doesn't roll down or dig in when you sit.
