“I purchased my Borrelli 25lt Spiral mixer 3 months ago and absolutely love it. The lifting head and removal bowl is a great feature, makes access to dough and cleaning a breeze. The only issue I have at the moment is I get dough riding up the hook when I have 15kg or more mixing in the bowl. I have had to dismantle the head a couple of times to clean out the dough, I think I have worked out a simple shield to prevent this in future.”
