“delivery driver hopeless at the wrong address to start with then i tried to explain where to leave the ice machine that took about half hour as his english was veryh limited”

“Overall very poor delivery service Took 8 working days to get here after numerous phone calls with you Fridge is good and working well just hope it’s lasts longer than my previous one which stopped working after 3 and a half years Fingers crossed”

We can see that your order only took 4 business days to arrive to you once your order was placed. On our website it says for NSW deliveries, allow 3-5 business days for delivery. “Maddison was lovely on the phone. Parts required were ordered paid for and eventually delivered. Then I found out that I cannot access the area of the fridge to install the parts. Would have been good to know that before the parts were paid for, ordered and delivered.”

Hi Neil, No unqualified customers should be servicing their own machines or changing parts out. Only qualified refrigeration technicians or electricians should be working on these units. You requested parts and purchased them, how are we meant to know you were planning on not using a technician. The reason you cannot access this area is because you are not a qualified technician therefore you are not familiar with how to gain access. As stated to you a couple weeks ago, please contact a qualified technician to install these parts. This is stated in our user manuals (they are on our website) and our t's and c's. We don't appreciate this 2 star review just because you couldn't do the servicing yourself which legally you cannot.

Hi Dennis, We don't feel this is a fair review as one of the LED beads is faintly dimmer than the others and we told you we are going to swap out the light, which we are still doing. We don't strive for things like this to happen, hence why we have been proactive with trying to get this LED light swapped over. “ordered the 50kg Ice maker,as a replacement for the old one.Since it didnt worked called customer support the female kept saying refer to manual even though i said i did.Then called a technician who came twice and couldnt get it running,i called again and they said same thing.when i emailed them about their service not good and will report further ,they said pack and send the heavy machine back we will test here rather than sending a technician ,this is poor.So had to report to fairtrading.”

Hi Rajesh, This units warranty is a parts and labor warranty, we made exceptions for you and offered as a good will gesture to allow you to return it as you asked to, even though the unit was used and we cannot re-sell it. You said the unit was showing an F4 error code which means the ice is being made to thick. You were told to read the manual as this explains how to resolve this issue. You also said it is on a 1 hour cycle. That indicates the ice is being made to thick due to what you changed the controller to. Hence why you were referred to the manual. You also had an unauthorized technician work on this unit which completely voids the warranty. We did everything we could to help you and offered remedies. Borrelli Sales
