“Overall very poor delivery service Took 8 working days to get here after numerous phone calls with you Fridge is good and working well just hope it’s lasts longer than my previous one which stopped working after 3 and a half years Fingers crossed”

We can see that your order only took 4 business days to arrive to you once your order was placed. On our website it says for NSW deliveries, allow 3-5 business days for delivery. “The lady staff there are very rude. I told her the invoice under company name. She still person name and told me it will not show in the tax invoice. However, when she printed the invoice, it not under company name. I asked her to change, she complained up me. Very rude said to me why don’t u tell me early. We just brought equipment, she just changed the attitude. Very rude, no respectful, not professional. Horrible customer service. I felt she was too rude to me and decided not going to buy equipment. Then she said to me I can change the title of invoice for you”

You should have been able to see the package journey through each step to your location, as well as contact us or the courier company with any problems.
