“The sink arrived on time whick was great, but when we opened the carton it had been damaged. The carton wasn't damaged, so who ever packed it put a damaged item in the box. Also the sink wasn't completely poshised, so my guys had to polish it. Maybe check your stock before it goes out”

“The lady staff there are very rude. I told her the invoice under company name. She still person name and told me it will not show in the tax invoice. However, when she printed the invoice, it not under company name. I asked her to change, she complained up me. Very rude said to me why don’t u tell me early. We just brought equipment, she just changed the attitude. Very rude, no respectful, not professional. Horrible customer service. I felt she was too rude to me and decided not going to buy equipment. Then she said to me I can change the title of invoice for you”

“I ordered the product over the phone from Tassie and picked it up from the warehouse on a recent trip to Melbourne. Great staff and ease of collection. When box was opened, we discovered 2 items instead of 1. After contact with your sales staff, labels were arranged for me to attach to the return item and pickup arranged the next day. No hassels at all. Very pleased with our Borrelli product and the wonderful staff. Thank you.”
