“My experience with Borelli was fine. But they are using an incredibly incompetent company for delivery. It's a 3rd party company and they charge you $500 - $600 for delivery. Our 3 door fridge was dropped off on a pallet in the middle of the car park in front of our shop. The driver did not go to the loading area. The fridge had also fallen over on its side while in transit. Luckily it still worked. I wouldn't use this company again purely because the ridiculous situation they put me in for the delivery of the fridge and they offered no genuine solution to the situation.”

Hi Adam, Thank you for your feedback. We have followed this up with our courier company to get to the bottom of this and make sure our units aren't arriving like this ever. We also informed you that we would be following this up when you called us. We do not keep any of the costs for shipping, it is directly from the courier companies. We spoke with you on the phone and asked if the unit was damaged, you said it wasn't. Therefore we asked you to plug it in and see if it still operates, because if it worked perfectly fine there was no point sending you another unit that also works perfectly fine. If the unit was damaged, we would have swapped it, if the unit was faulty, we would have swapped it. However the unit was neither of these, so we are unsure as to what more you wanted us to do?
