“I have tried 8 of Bowmar's nut spread flavors and holy crap, they are amazing! It's so hard to not eat the whole jar in one sitting. They all taste wonderful on an English muffin, on fruit, in oatmeal, or even just by the spoonful! Highly recommend these butters. I promise you won't be disappointed. The chocolate hazelnut, cinnamon toast crunch, and cookie butter are my favorites!!”
“I’ve only tried cake pop, cookie butter, cornbread, and halloween egg. So far, I’ve been content with each. I would rate them in the following order: cake pop, halloween egg, cookie butter, and cornbread. Although, they’re all great! Cake pop is my favorite because it satisfies my sweet tooth. Definitely would recommend them all! Can’t wait to try others when they’re back in stock, and when the seasonal ones come back!”
“I’ve tried 8 of the 15 flavors so far and Halloween egg is by far my favorite. I have to try not to eat the entire container all at once. My only regret is that I didn’t buy the Halloween egg sooner. Will definitely buy again. Frosted Animal cashew butter is my second favorite. Fruity-O is my least favorite. It has a weird after taste, but is bearable. So does blueberry donut.”
“Sugar cookie is hands down my favorite and I almost cried when I ran out. Seasonal flavors make me sad lol! Pecan pie is good, just a little gritty to me with the ground up almond lol. The macros on the nut butters are amazing, and I love the fact I can get non-gluten non-dairy versions!”
“The Blueberry donut is great because it keeps you away from buying an actual donut. It seriously tastes exactly like a blueberry donut or muffin. I put it on english muffins, and in my oatmeal to sweeten it up a bit. I probably would eat it straight out of the jar.”
“I have tried Apple Pie, Cinnamon Crunch cereal, Caramel Apple and Sugar cookie.
Although Apple Pie and Cinnamon Crunch Cereal aren't bad, they are both just way too sweet for me. The only way I can eat apple pie is on toast with bacon pieces on top to cut down on the sweetness. Cinnamon Crunch cereal I ate on a plain bagel with a pinch of salt. Sounds weird, but that's the only way to cut down the sweetness of these two flavors. I guess I was hoping these two flavors would have more of the kick from the cinnamon and the apple would be more prominent. I liked the chunks of apple in Caramel Apple and it was good, however the almond flavor in this one was the most prominent flavor which was disappointing. I was expecting to taste a strong apple flavor with a sweet caramel flavor but that wasn't the case. I did not taste caramel in this butter at all which was a big let down because I love caramel.
However, I absolutely LOVED Sugar Cookie which is why I gave this 4 stars. You'd think this flavor would be ridiculously sweet, but it is not. It is sweet, but it's a very subtle, tolerable sweet. It smells just like sugar cookie dough too. It's amazing and they hit it out of the park with the Sugar Cookie flavor.
I am hoping to try Cake Pop and Lemon Cookie next.”
