“Love this prenatal! I started taking 10 months before we started ttc, to make sure I wasn’t starting pregnancy in a deficit. I have had low iron levels my whole life and with this prenatal I was able to start my pregnancy in the “green zone”. I am now 35 weeks pregnant and iron levels are still good! For reference I have taken 2 pills every day of my pregnancy + the 10 months prior to pregnancy. I take them at night right before I go to bed because they can make my stomach a little upset.
