“I ordered the prenatal in hopes to get my body ready for pregnancy. I have been TTC for over 1yr and was starting to get very worried that I may be facing some fertility issues. I am 31 and had been on birth control for 5 years after my first child and for a combined 12yrs throughout adulthood. “I tried this prenatal in my third trimester due to the research and ingredients that are in here. I love that bowmar nutrition provides COAs for their products, I'm a nurse practitioner and I always recommend to patients who want to take supplements they choose a company that provides this. The prenatal didn't make me nauseous, which happened with other prenatal) but the smell and taste are pretty bad... I can't put my finger on what exactly it is (saw dust?) but it unfortunately lingers for quite a few hours even if you take it with food. If you want a product with good ingredients this is it but be mindful of the smell and taste, especially if you are sensitive to this while pregnant.”
