“Okay, so This May sound super weird, But seriously their protein powder has actually changed my life. I’ve struggled so much with how much I’ve eaten or not being able to control my portions and over eating way way too much. I’ve struggled with my weight gain the last 2 years since I use to be someone who was super healthy. So since I’ve started using bowmar nutrition it has helped me control my cravings, stay fuller longer, and has very much assisted in helping me go from a very unhealthy 144 lbs (at 4’11) to, as of this morning, 126lbs. I can’t even express my gratitude for creating such an amazing product.
I use this in my coffee, to make protein donuts, water, milk, everything I can. I won’t ever recommend any other nutrition brand besides this one.”
“This was one of my first purchases from Bowmar Nutrition and it did not disappoint. I made the mistake of putting it in the blender with ice and over blending it making it too frothy. My own fault. “I’ve been ordering PHC since it came out! My first tub was amazing. I was hooked immediately. My second tub...was different. It didn’t taste bad but it wasn’t as good. I thought about sending it back but felt bad because I know it’s not a huge corporation. It definitely had more of a “fake” flavor. At first I thought it was making it up and I had none left for a comparison to show it was different. The tub I got a few months ago was GOOD! Reminded me of the old one and was darker, had more of a chocolate flavor. Then, the most recent one. It’s not bad at all, don’t get me wrong but again it’s different. Different in taste, texture, and color. Even the macros are slightly different. I genuinely love Bowmar and the product but I wish it would stop changing OR note it is “new and improved”. I’m a creature of habit and it irks me it has changed and keeps changing without letting me know prior to ordering. I probably would still try it but at least I would know what I’m getting into. 4 stars because I question quality control and because they are essentially marketing a different product as the previous one.”

“Okay so the first time I did it I made the water way too hot so it clumped up. I then decided to just mix it up and then warm it in the microwave with milk and may i say it tasted so much like Swiss Miss with milk! It has more of marshmallow taste with just water. It is so good for the cold weather with milk so I will continue to use it that way :)”
