“I'll admit I haven't tried an awful lot of protein powders (mostly due to the horrible reviews from those that had), but prior to my purchase of both PPS & PHC I was having Vega Essential shakes for breakfast. While loaded with great ingredients, the texture and taste were so bad I gagged almost every time and usually had to chase it with a coffee milk. It's only been a week so far and the difference in my workouts is absolutely incredible. I get to enjoy this amazing protein shake that tastes so good you'd swear it was a cheat meal and then push my body to its max and break PBRs I've been working towards for months. Being able to bake with it is just phenomenal; 3 ingredient pancakes that rival the taste of some of the best brands on the market?? I mean come on now. These guys have created products that make it something you look forward to taking every day because you get to enjoy the amazing benefits almost immediately. And at the end of the day at around $1.15CAD per serving, can you really find a valid excuse not to try it? If you're trying to decide whether supplements are something you want to try, I couldn't recommend Bowmar Nutrition any more highly.”

“I bought PHC at the suggestion of some friends and after reading a few reviews. Yes, it's all true. Yes, it blends amazingly well in cold AND hot liquids. No lumps, especially if you use the mini hand mixer. It tastes amazing and after seeing everyone put it in in their coffee on IG, I decided to try it. WOW, it's like a mocha without all that sugar and crap. I don't know why I waited so long to do it as I've only been mixing it with water or almond milk after my workouts. So now I do a scoop of PHC with my coffee then another scoop after my workout. There's no bloating, you don't have to chug the last bit with your nose closed to down the final gritty bits. You can slowly enjoy your drink. Yes, you should just buy it, it's everything Bowmar Nutrition advertises. It is a bit pricier than other protein powders, but you get what you pay for. And I will NEVER buy any other protein powder brand again.”
