“I'm on my second container of PHC and it keeps getting better. Today I mixed it with hot water as acutual hot chocolate. Mixed great and tasted awesome. I don't love protein in water no matter the flavor but will use almond coconut milk or regular milk. Today's hot chocolate breakfast on a cool, fall day was just what I needed to get my day started. “Y’all, I struggle with protein usually. In the past, if I found a protein that tasted good or bad, I would end up with bloating, gas and belching. PHC does not effect me like that. I know I have a sensitivity to lactose but PHC gives me not a single, symptom of intolerance. It tastes AMAZING to boot. I like it in cold water, hot black coffee or using on of Sarah’s shake recipes. YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG WITH PHC or really any Bowmar Product.
