“Ordered a front caliper kit for a GS500E and only one piston fit. Brakecrafters was kind enough to send another piston but it didn't fit either. Both pistons were about 0.001" h 0.002" diameter too big with a resulting interference fit. Reinstalled the original and it's working with no leaks. Product was disappointing but the customer service was great!”

“Brake Crafters sells excellent parts and they stand by their products 100%. My clutch master cylinder rebuild kit I had ordered had a part that was not compatible with my bike and they sent the correct one out right away. Thanks guys”

They are my go to company now. They bend over backwards to help you and call you back if you leave a voice message or respond to an email and do it asap. I rate them an 11.
