“I received incorrect brake pads so I called Brakecrafters and a REAL HUMAN answered the telephone!!!! Whomever I spoke with confirmed that the wrong pads were sent then got the correct pads sent to me along with a return label and return envelope! REAL customer service not the pathetic excuse for what most companies falsely call customer service.”
