“The parts were not as advertised and did not fit my 2001 Suzuki VL1500 Intruder. After leaving several Voice-mail messages and emailing them. I was only able to get in contact with them after submitting a claim via PayPal. Once they finally contacted me. They requested photos and measurements of what I received vs what I had only to finally tell me their product does not fit my motorcycle and they do not have anything available that does. Even though their website states otherwise. I have not yet received my credit so I do not know if they are refunding the expedited freight I paid in order to have my bike up and running for a planned ride that I missed.”

Hi John, I hope you have received your refund including a credit for the FedEx shipping. I apologize for the mix-up. We had some trouble with the refund because PayPal was holding it up. Please let us know if we can do anything else for you!
