“I reduced my rating to 4 only because of how poorly the online order process is when you want to specify a particular color for your brake line(s). Normally, there would be a drop-down box on the product page where you'd choose your desired color from a list presented. At BrakeCrafters you have to make a text entry in a separate box asking for a color. When you proceed with the purchase there is no confirmation of your having made a color choice. I had to contact customer service to confirm. When I did, they discovered they'd forgotten to charge me the extra $5 fee. They then invoiced me separately for it. This would have been taken care of automatically if they'd implemented the aforementioned drop-down box. This is pretty basic web design stuff. It did cause unnecessary confusion for me. My purchase was otherwise excellent. My line was built and sent quickly. The line appears to be high quality.”
