“After measuring, I got a band size larger than I currently wear, and it was still too small. I had to pay to return it, and then I couldn't get the 20% off that I originally got if I wanted to order another size. I was told on the phone that I could get the 20%, but when I tried, I couldn't. In email, they acted like I was ridiculous for asking.”
