“Since your return instructions came up with “item not returnable” and I found no other place to communicate with you, you get my thoughts here. I ordered the same size that I have worn for years. This bra’s material has very little stretch. It was much too tight. I could not even put it on. I merely wrapped it around me and discovered that there was no hope of fastening it. I do like the way this bra is made. I have long wanted a bra which went much higher up in the middle and gave more coverage and support to “the great divide.” I really want to exchange this bra for a larger size, but your site told me it is unreturnable. I don’t understand why not. I never even wore it one time. Your return instructions are exasperating. I had to leave the return process to go back to an older email to find the order number. Then copy the order number, close that email, reopen the return site, and paste the order number to continue. May I suggest that you include the order number being referenced on every page that pops up. I never got to the mailing label, but I am home bound and I don’t have a printer. $6.00 to print off my return label myself is outrageous. And who the heck holds onto the original packaging after having to rip it apart to get to the item? I am not happy with this first, AND LAST, order from your company and I will not recommend you to anyone...not because of the quality of the bra that I received, but because of the riggamaroll and hassle of attempting an exchange or return. I have now lost over $40.00 and I have a bra that is absolutely useless to me....and I was so looking forward to wearing this new bra.:cry::cry::cry::cry::cry: Sadly yours, Lauri Eid”

“Straps are very short. No way to even exchange for different size so for a 36.00 bra you are paying over 12.00 for shipping.”

“Brayola is the best active wear bra I have ever had. It is exactly as advertised. I wear mine every day, Of course being large breasted its always a chore to to get a bra that does let me bounce, this bra is comfortable, no bounce, I love it.”

“It didn’t fit. The cup size was way off. Even if it had fit, I would have returned it. The seems are thick and it is not an attractive. The worst part is I had to pay to return it!!! Terrible business model. I will not shop here again. No thanks.”
