“I was very disappointed with this bra. I used their questionnaire guide to assure I selected the correct size but it still didn’t fit. Additionally the closure mechanism was difficult to manage. Although I can’t recommend the bra I do give kudos to Brayola on their return policy and procedures. The emails they sent included links to follow regarding returns and they were very clear and easy to follow. Once they received my items I was refunded exactly as their procedure described. Very satisfied with the process.”
