“When I chose wire free instead of underwire, like my original purchase, I called as soon as I placed the order. I realize you say it cannot be corrected once you place the order, but I did call and speak with one of your representatives. She told me it could be corrected, but I received your email that I would be receiving the wire free. The next day I called and spoke to the same person, but she did not offer any explanation why it was not corrected. I would love to be a regular customer, but I do not have a good feeling about your service. I love my original purchase, but strongly dislike my mistaken last purchase.”

“I don't like underwire bras. This bra gives great support without a wire and is one of the most comfortable bras I have bought in a long time. Great for a plus-sized woman who needs support but doesn't like to be poked by underwires.”
