“wrong item wrong size, contacted customer support, was told I would have to pay $5 to return item, I replied I should not have to pay for a wrong item being returned and heard no more from customer support, very poor service”

We can see the correspondence with Diane, and it looks like she gave you the information on the order, but were not able to pinpoint what sizes you had received.
