“I ordered five bras back in August. I was told that the bras I ordered were on backorder. So I chose to wait. I was contacted in July by a representative by phone and email.... she told me my bras were being delivered at that time. It’s October 25, and I still have no bras. I recently spoke to another representative a day ago......I HAD TO CALL THEM! The rep told me that the bras I wanted had many colors that were on back order......my problem with this company now is the way they communicate. I don’t mind waiting for backorder items; but as a customer....YOU HAVE TO COMMUNICATE THESE PROBLEMS! As, a customer I don’t feel important to the people who are getting my money. The only reason I am STILL WAITING for these bras is because my mother really wants them! Lastly, when I spoke to the last Rep, we picked out other colors and she said they would be coming after a 48hr processing period. As of yet, I haven’t received a confirmation that anything was coming.......HUGE NIGHTMARE!:rage: My last review of Brayola was excellent because I ordered one bra that I got and I loved......but this experience, everything changed!”

“I was so hoping that this bra would be everything all the reviewers said...boy was I disappointed. Poor quality and most definitely doesn’t say in place or offer any support. No way would I recommend this product”

“I bought this for when I have my shoulder operation and will not be able to wear a bra over the shoulder. It seemed fine when I tried it on, but I have not worn it for any length of time yet.”
