“USPS claims it was delivered at/in my mailbox on Oct. 8. It was not. I contacted my local post office, and they said they would investigate, but only the sender could file a claim. I attempted to contact Brayola to give them a contact name and number at the post office, and the case number, leaving a message as instructed; I never received a callback.”
