“This never shipped to me. After almost a month of frustrating horrible communication with brayola, total lack of follow up by the original customer service person who couldn't be bothered to tell me it was out of stock, I cancelled the order and my account with brayola. If they can't provide quality customer service, I'm not doing business with them”
