“This bra appeared to be the style that will support my breasts, so I bought a 36. I tried it on, too big. Flappy cups. Stupidly, I cut off the tags. I returned it, with the tags and asked to exchange for a 34. The order was entered at once. I mentioned in a later email I had removed, but returned the tags. I had an email at once, they could not replace the tags and so there would be no refund. I tried on the 34 when it came. The under wires hung forward instead of fitting my chest. I put it in the Goodwill bag. Their return policy does not include shipping. But that they do not have a tag gun to replace the tags is unbelievable. They insinuated since the tags were gone I, gasp, wore it, flapping and all, before I returned it and therefore returning it was against the law.”
