“How could you put 2 34A in when 40B was ordered? That means to me you just don't care. I'm tired of having to go through all the time and trouble to fix a problem I didn't cause. Would appreciate it if you could just take care of it. I never heard of an order with no paperwork--it just makes it harder for us. Thank you”
