“Your return policy's are not customer friendly. When my two bras arrived, there were ridiculous demands regarding returns...it even stated that you aren't allowed to try them on! That is absurd! When I returned one of the two, I received an e-mail stating that upon inspection, my refund would be determined. It took over 3 weeks for an e-mail to arrive announcing my refund. I see no benefit in ordering from Brayola. Learn from Amazon how to handle returns.”

Hi Evy,Where did you see that you cannot try the bras on? We are very concerned by this, as we understand you have to try the items on, we just ask that you do not remove the tags.Once we've received the items it can take us up to 10 business days to process the refund, which i can see we did. “I Love my new Bali Active Lifestyle Bra. No uncomfortable wires to poke you or work their way through the fabric of your bra. A little extra side support to push your breasts from under your armpit out to the cup. Larger busted women know what I mean. Very comfortable fabric and the straps stay up on your shoulders. I couldn't be happier with my over-all purchase. Blessed to give an Honest Review to those who desire more information to make their own purchase. Pegsmiles”

“it felt more like a harness than a bra.. I’m a 34 DD.. my wacoal bras don’t fell like that.. The material was too thick.. wish i had returned it before i took the tags off..”
