“You billed me although you never took care of my address change and I never received my bras. Even though I emailed and did everything I could immediately after placing my order, you did not help. I will dispute the charge and report you to BBB.”

Hi Stephanie, As our representatives explained, we cannot change an order. We are a marketplace (not one store) so the order gets sent immediately to them, and once processed no changes cannot be made. If we could change this, believe us, we would. However this is the quickest most efficient way for us to work. As it looks like, both orders failed to deliver due to the incorrect address, and were returned to sender. We have fully refunded your order, although would love for you to give us a second chance. Can we make it up to you?
