“I am less than impressed with Brayola. I purchased and returned bras in August 2018. I requested updates on refund but got no reply. I called at the end of November and was informed that the refund was never processed completely and no explanation was given. Then when I was sent an e-mail receipt of what the refund was for it wasn't for the correct items returned. I sent a correction at the beginning of December 2018 and then a request on December 11, 2018 asking for an update on the refund. As of today, January 11, 2019 I still have not received a refund nor an update on the corrected items returned. I was really hoping that my experience would be better and that I would be comfortable ordering from Brayola in the future. That has not been my experience They make it difficult to return items, don't complete your refund till you call and then don't communicate when you request an update. It would be with great caution that I would recommend ordering from Brayola if at all.”
