“I placed orders for my mother and the sizes were so off I tried to return them only to find out not only they don’t refund shipping your original Shipping they also charge you an additional six dollars for shipping so you’re losing $12. I called customer service and they pretty much said that’s how it is and we’re not willing to do anything to assist .”
