“I had ordered a similar bra, and thought from the description that this was it. Upon receipt it wasn’t, but I gave it a try. It seems to run smaller than what my size usually is, so couldn’t keep it. I was impressed with the easy return, and upon finding the bra model # on the one I had purchased in the past, Brayola replaced the returns with the ones I “thought” I had ordered! THANK YOU so much for the no-hassle return and replace!”

“When I email your company about my order being sent to me wrong. And it was a gift so I did not want to order another because I need it with the one that was sent right. I paid $29.40. And only got $19.90 back, I was very upset because I explain to you all in the email that you all sent me the wrong size, so I should not pay for restock because I order right but you sent wrong. There for I will never order from a company that doesn't honor there customers”
